HOW DO I PLACE A WHOLESALE ORDER?
EXISTING WHOLESALERS

NEW WHOLESALERS
Please send us email with as much detail as possible so that we can assess your application. We will review your application and aim to get back to you within a week.
PAYING FOR MY ORDER
All orders must be paid for prior to delivery. Once you have placed a wholesale order you will be issued with an invoice from Tynor Australia Pty Ltd where you will have the option to pay by bank transfer or credit card.
Once we receive confirmation of your payment the order will be released for processing. Delays in payment may result in your order being delayed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once you have placed a wholesale order you will be issued with an invoice where the freight amount to deliver the order will be itemised.

Free shipping does NOT apply on wholesale orders.
a) For all deliveries, freight will be calculated by the company on the cubic meterage of the consignment and will be included in “postage and handling”. Standard delivery time (outside of Peak Season) is approximately 3-4 business days. Please add a few days if you are in rural areas for your order to arrive.
b) Bulky items may attract a small freight surcharge.
PICK UP/COLLECTION:
We have suspended the ability to Pick Up Orders from our warehouse. Please choose a shipment method during checkout and your order will be dispatched based on our delivery times.
RECEIVING MY ORDER
DAMAGED AND LOST GOODS
Damaged or missing goods must be reported to the Company immediately (within 48 hours) to arrange a replacement. The Company will not accept claims for damage inflicted to products in transit if the delivery is signed for and accepted by the Purchaser. The Company will not accept responsibility for any part delivery or delay in delivery of the goods as a result of events occurring beyond the Company’s control. The Company will not be in any way responsible for any consequences (direct or indirect) arising from such delay or non-delivery.
