Does what it says. Too early to tell if it works, but definitely feeling positive of results over time
I purchased a Chest Binder from Tynor (Australian Healthcare Supplies) after taking the precaution of making a
phonecall to them, and relying on their so-called expert advice on sizing. The product arrived one size too large and was entirely unsuitable. Despite this being entirely their error, they refused to accept a return, citing irrelevant policies and dismissing their responsibility by claiming their advice was merely 'general.'
First, they claimed the product should be used under a physician’s direction—completely unrelated to the fact that they gave me the wrong size. Then, they used a “sanitary/health” excuse to deny the return, even though Australian Consumer Law states that hygiene policies do not override consumer rights when a product is unfit for its intended purpose. Finally, they mentioned a restocking fee—something that does not apply when a refund is legally required.
This company hides behind restrictive policies to avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes. If you value your rights as a consumer, avoid Tynor (Australian Healthcare Supplies) at all costs—they will not support you if something goes wrong. Before purchasing, I strongly recommend researching other customer reviews, as I have since found many similar complaints regarding sizing and product quality issues.
I have injured my hand above my thumb painful for several months now. Dr suggested splint to immobilise. Chose this option from your site - does exactly as it should. Excellent quality as well highly recommend.
I've only been wearing the splint for a two weeks , a couple of hours on each foot each day, because I'd noticed that my big toes are starting to slide into the second toe (no bunion as yet). I believe there is a slight difference in both big toes from wearing the splint, and my feet feel better for it.
